Q: Is your tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind loading and the snow loading?
Our tent wind load is 100km/hour to 120km/hour, and the structure can be reinforce;And the tent snow loading is customized according client's weather condition.
Q: What size of tent is suitable for your special event?
1, For the standing, or theater seating, one person takes about 1sq meter space.
2, For the banquet seating with 1.8m round table: one person takes about 1.3sq meter space. Remark: Please let us know your ground measurement, or the number of person will be in your tent.Then will help you calculate out the suitable tent size solution.
Q: How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
In the processing flow, we have a series of detection machine to control the quality. Before loading, our QC will inspect each shipment and all raw material is according to foodstuff requirement.
Q:Can the customer return the goods if they don't like it?
